Children's Yoga

Children derive enormous benefits from Yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, co-ordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Yoga brings that marvellous inner light that all Children have to the surface. The poses of yoga lend themselves to becoming a whole variety of different things; animals, objects and characters, so that it's easy to make up stories and games which include lots of different poses and practises.
I will be introducing mindfulness, the simple practice of bringing a gentle accepting attitude to the present moment, all simple and accessible.
